Production Tools

SAFI has 2 main production sites (Taulignan in France and Poole in England) as well as a machining and plastic steel metal work facility in Navarcles (Spain).

During the first phase of the production cycle, the plastic injection moulding is carried out using several machines from 75 to 750 Tons. The company operates a regular renewal policy of it's production machinery to ensure the highest quality level. The injection moulding process is computer controlled (speed, pressure and temperature)

The other phases of the manufacturing process are preformed either in Taulignan or Poole. Machining and assembly are preformed by qualified and experienced personnel, assisted using various specific tools and equipment.The final phase involves TESTING. Using our calibrated testing equipment we validate that the product is fit for purpose and is fully tested. This testing procedure is performed on 100% of our products which makes SAFI a leader in the quality of its products.

Moreover, SAFI's policy is to minimise delays as much as possible. The company has stock at all it's subsidiaries throughout the group.
